In advance some basic information (if a walk in process is announced): The Warren Community Center is located at 5460 Arden Warren, MI 48092 (586) 268-8400. Before you attend the walk-in registration event, please download the (3) required documents below, fill in the information, and bring a wallet size photo of the player and a copy of the players birth certificate.  This is required for each child registering.

Open registration is for all NEW PLAYERS and TEAM REGISTRATION for coaches of existing TEAMS/CLUBS.  Payment can be made by check or cash ONLY.   Registration is $50 per player; Payment can be made by check or cash. Please make checks payable to the Warren Youth Soccer League.
